Dominique Charlotte Crassaerts – CEO & FOUNDING PARTNER
Dominique is a European Trade Mark Attorney entitled to act as a professional representative before the OBPI and the OHIM.
She graduated from the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles, ULB) and practiced as an Attorney at the Brussels Bar for 10 years. Afterwards, she has become Trade Mark Attorney and has been working as director of Novamark Belgium during 10 years.
She has a long lasting experience in trade mark, design, domain names and copyright laws and her expertise is well esteemed among her clients for the proactive, accurate and value-oriented counselling she constantly provides.
In 2003, she founded her own firm in Louvain-la-neuve, Belgium and expanded the practice in Luxembourg in 2010.
She works in French and English .

NORA CERESIAT - Senior Trademark & Design PARALEGAL
Nora is our administration fairy- she handles our client's trade mark portfolio with great care and precision.In her daily work she deals with administrative procedures aimed at protecting trade marks and designs in Benelux and Europe.She first experienced the paralegal profession at DISTINCTIVE where she has been trained during a three-year period.
She now has a senior profile at DISTINCTIVE and effectively handles trade mark applications for clients, assists with identifying and describing the goods and/or services clients offer, and help client’s choose the proper basis for a trademark filing in Benelux and Europe.
She recently re-joined our team after her mother-leave! Besides being now a young mother of a beautiful daughter she plays the guitar and commits her time on the dressage training of horses.

Christopher Noiset– Trademark & Design PARALEGAL
Christopher is our brewing guru- fascinated by the beer Industry, he is currently following a training in Beer culture (Zythologie in french) in his free time.
At DISTINCTIVE he assists in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of national and international trade mark and design cases, and prepares files for copyright record-keeping processes. He handles correspondence with clients, reporting status of trade mark applications and lifetime. He reviews docket for deadlines and inform responsible attorneys about actions needed on each file.
He maintained his Bachelor’s degree in law at the Luxembourg University and is currently finishing a certificate in « Gestion des droits intellectuels : stratégie, contrats et fiscalité de l'innovation » at the University LLN.

Franziska Schütte - Business Development & Community Manager
At Distinctive ,she is in charge of the Milfolio® client database, our domain name services as well as our website and IP FOR START-UP program. Furthermore, she helps provide advice on domain names and brand strategy for the clients.
Having worked as a Project Manager at Emakina, a digital marketing agency, she joined the team at Distinctive to discover the other side of a Brand's life. She believes in the importance of intellectual property in the digital marketing world and is convinced that there is a lot more to explore than one might expect. She is currently finishing a certificate in « Gestion des droits intellectuels : stratégie, contrats et fiscalité de l'innovation » at the University LLN.

Arthur SALKIN - Brand Advisor
Arthur works with DISTINCTIVE to provide advices on brand strategy.
He is an enthusiast entrepreneur and partner at Paradigm, an international creative agency specialised in brand development and video production, with a passion for making magic happen through projects spanning the arts, sciences and crafts.
Balancing advising with managerial roles, he has seen success in both B2B and B2C markets and is currently actively involved with a series of companies and concept developments, from 3D printed, eco-friendly and affordable houses to pushing the frontier and improving standards in the clothing industry.

MARCEL CERESIAT - CFO
Marcel crunches numbers for breakfast and makes sure the bills are paid.
He has a PhD in organic chemistry from University of Louvain (Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium) with complementary training in industrial marketing (ICHEC, Brussels, Belgium) and E-business from University of ULB-Solvay.
In the past, he worked in a CMO for the pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and biotech sectors for over 20 years at the interface of R&D, industrial processes and marketing for Calaire-Chimie, Farchemia, Tessenderlo Chemie, SRT Expertise & Conseil and Ypso-Facto. In particular Marcel has redefined toll manufacturing strategies, researched and implemented competitive advantages, investigated extra-muros chemical development and the acquisition of external activities. He joined Distinctive Lux in 2012.
Marcel is also a guest professor in "chemical industry" at the Unversity of Louvain.
